GREASERS VS. SOCS

The Greasers, a gang of working-class boys, are marked by their rough appearance and tough demeanor, shaped by their struggles in a less privileged environment. A Reminder to “Stay Gold”

Inspired by Robert Frost’s poem “Nothing Gold Can Stay,” the message captures the essence of innocence and the fleeting nature of youth. For the characters, particularly Ponyboy, “Stay Gold” represents a longing to preserve the hope they once had despite the harsh realities of their world. It’s a reminder to all of us to care for those around us and keep a hold of our dreams.
