How much does it cost to attend the Broadway Teachers Workshop?
Tuition for the 2022 Broadway Teachers Workshop IN NYC is $899* (*includes all workshops & master classes and your ticket to four Broadway shows. It does not include housing, meals or travel.)
Tuition for the 2022 Broadway Teachers Workshop ONLINE CONFERENCE is $299.
How can I get graduate credit?
Participants in the Broadway Teachers Workshop can earn 3 graduate credits through the UNLV Theatre Department. There is a written assignment and an additional tuition fee payable to UNLV equal to three University credits and various out of state and distance learning fees. Registration for credits is done online directly through UNLV once you have already registered and been accepted to the Broadway Teachers Workshop. Get more details.
How do I register for the Broadway Teachers Workshop?
Registration for the 2022 Broadway Teachers Workshop is open. Once the registration is open, please fill out an online application OR download a printable version and mail it to the address on the application.

What is your health and safety (Covid-related) policy?
Your well-being, health and safety are our highest priority. We follow the same guidelines and policies as the Broadway League (and box offices for participating shows), which currently require that masks be worn during the performance, but no vaccinations are required.
What is your cancellation policy?
For in-person events with theatre tickets, our cancellation deadline is 60 days prior to the start of your workshop. In the case of a snow day, act of God, border closing, health crisis or other disruption, we follow the same policies as the box office of the participating Broadway shows. For online workshops, our cancellation deadline is 30 days prior to the start of your workshop.
Can you assist with accommodations?
Hotel accommodations are unfortunately not included in the Broadway Teachers Workshop basic tuition fee, and although we do not arrange accommodation, we can recommend the following moderately priced quality hotels in the Times Square area: Hotel Information
We also recommend looking at hotel discounting web sites. Any hotel in the Times Square area will be within walking distance.
How will I know I’ve been accepted
into the Workshop?
You will receive email confirmation once you’ve been accepted into the program.

Can I purchase additional tickets to some of the shows we are attending?
Unfortunately we purchase a block of tickets to the event and don’t have the ability to add to it. However, we invite you to utilize the message board on our website to post information if you are interested in selling or buying extra tickets. There will be a bulletin board at the workshop venue for this purpose as well. You are also welcome to have spouses/partners/friends register for the event to secure their tickets then they can attend any or all of the sessions of the event with you.
Can I bring students to the Workshop?
Mature students who will graduate high school before the workshop and are interested in teaching theatre may attend the Broadway Teachers Workshop. Registration and tuition are the same as for teachers.
We offer a student-specific, performance-driven workshop throughout the year called The Broadway Student Summit.
What is the basic schedule each day?
We generally start at 9:00am and end at 5:00 or 5:30pm with a midday lunch break. We see a show each evening and two shows on matinee day. Click here to see a detailed sample schedule for the event.
What do I wear to the Workshop?
We suggest that you wear clothes that are comfortable. If you plan to take a dance class, you may want to bring dance or movement clothes/shoes. (Sneakers and sweats are fine too!)
