Matt Kraus

Matt Kraus is an Emmy Award winning sound designer, who has worked on Broadway, Off-Broadway and around the world. Broadway: Kathy Griffin Want’s a Tony, Liza’s at the Palace…!  Off-Broadway: Caucasian Chalk Circle (Classical Stage Company, Macbeth, Trojan Women (Classical Theatre of Harlem, AUDELCO nominations), Forever Dusty (New World Stages), Fat Camp- The Musical, Lone Star Love, Voca People. Regional: Lend Me a Tenor (Paper Mill/ Bay Street) The Buddy Holly Story (Walnut Street), Absinthe (Caesar’s Palace, Las Vegas), Ain’t Misbehavin’ (Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park.) He won an Emmy for his sound design of Disney’s Broadway Hits at Royal Albert Hall. Matt also has the pleasure of designing sound for Liza Minnelli wherever the world takes us. He earned his B.F.A. in sound design at Cincinnati Conservatory of Music.
